E-commerce products are sold Designaitta, Business ID 2921924-1. Designaitta distributes products globally. The customer must be of legal age.
How to order
Products are mainly ordered via the internet at www.designaitta.fi via the shopping cart.
All orders will be confirmed by e-mail, stating the price, delivery costs, as well as the ordered products. Order confirmation requires notification e-mail address when ordering.
The Customer agrees with every order terms of delivery valid.
Order confirmation
We will send e-mail order confirmation, which you can see:
• reference number
• bank account
• the invoice amount
Through the website of the user account you can check the contents of the order.

We ship products when the payment appears on our account. The payments are allocated to the account FI7753270520078291 Designaitta, in accordance with the order confirmation information. Foreign orders IBAN: FI7753270520078291 BIC / SWIFT: OKOYFIHH.
We deal in order to trade the opening hours of when the payment was made.
Delivery time
We ship products every working day. Depending on the bank connections it takes 1-3 days for paying the bill.
Abroad we deliver your order by air freight.
Delivery method and shipping costs
We use to deliver items as Finland Post. The products will be sent 1-3 business days after placing the order. Shipping charges include postage and packaging costs. Return Policy
The customer has 14 days right of return in accordance with the Finnish Consumer Protection Act. All returns must be agreed in advance either by email

• bank account
• as well as a copy of the order confirmation

We do not accept returns after 14 days from delivery. Once the return is accepted, the money will be returned to your bank account after the return receipt and processing.
Complaints
The Customer shall immediately, not later than seven (7) days to make compaints not supplied, or a defective product either by phone +3580400483794 or e-mail
The customer must inspect the shipment and the product it contains immediately after its arrival to the customer. If the package is damaged in the mail, do IMMEDIATELY damage report post offices and contact Designaitta.
Other
We reserve the right to change the terms of delivery. The customer must consult before ordering the valid terms of delivery.
